Deposit & PaymentPayment accepted by Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, check or money order. Policy calls for a $200 deposit to be made upon booking to secure the reservation. If paying by check or money order, it must arrive within 5 days. The balance is to be paid at least 30 days prior to arrival. Check or money order payments are to be made out to Jim Egan in US$ and sent to my home address below. Credit card payments may be made by phoning me at (808) 923-1717. Or faxing me at the same number. An email receipt is issued promptly.

Cancellation PolicyDeposit is refundable (less a $100 handling fee) only if e-mail cancellation is received 60 days prior to arrival. Deposit is not refundable if cancellation occurs inside 60 days from arrival date. No refunds less than 30 days prior to arrival date unless re-rented. No refunds for no shows or shortened stays.

Discounted 21+ Nights and Monthly RatePolicy calls for a five night deposit to be made upon booking to secure the reservation. If paying by check or money order, it must arrive within 5 days of booking; 50% of entire amount due 60 days prior to arrival. Balance in full due 30 days prior to arrival. Should reservation be canceled less than 60 days prior to arrival, all payments will be forfeited if unit is not re-rented. Payment accepted by Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, check or money order.
